Take a long, hot shower and get comfortable and relaxed. I recommend putting on a robe if you have one, and simply going into a private area in your home where you won't be disturbed for about 20 minutes. Get your physiology into a semi-erect state, and simply WITHOUT using your hands, vertically elevate your penis 12 -15 times simply using your pelvic muscles to provide the torque.
