In this article I'd like to to explore some of the possible disadvantages of following a natural male enhancement regimen. Now, if you are at all familiar with my writings, you clearly understand I am a HUGE advocate and believer in exercise as way to get great gains. So you may be a bit surprised to hear me even MENTION some of the potential drawbacks to going the natural route. And You're right. Some of these MAY be a stretch, (no pun intended..;-) but the goals of some men might NOT coincide with natural enhancement. Read on!

When is natural enhancement NOT the best choice?

Simple! If you are NOT going to follow through..:-) Following a male enhancement program requires discipline, make no mistake about it - and I believe the gains are WELL worth the effort. But some men simply don't have 15 minutes a day to invest, and even if they do, will end up NOT doing the proscribed exercises and techniques.

While I will NEVER recommend pills, potions or lotions above natural enhancement, there are CERTAIN times where I tell a reader to invest in a good traction device. The good ones are not easy to find, and they are expensive, but occasionally if someone has an arm injury, or other issues that make exercise more difficult than it would be for the rest of us, I'll recommend a medical grade traction piece. They have been proven to work, and while it wouldn't be MY first choice, I can see how those who are willing to wear the device would benefit more than investing in exercise.
